We purchased Villa Genepi off plan in 2006 and although when we visited the site there was nothing there we knew that this was the place for us. With views of the sea and no development on two sides as well as a turning area out side we are only really overlooked from the rear.
Government land on two sides meansthat no further development is possible close to the house.

Very little building work has been carried out since this was taken and so not much has changes and nothing close to the villa.

Gill and I skied for many years in the French Alpes and Genepi is a flower that grows on the mountain from which the locals make a very potent drink

There is a old stream which runs past the villa but this is mostly dry especially in the summer and is always easily crossed to walk to the Fireman's beach.

this was the scene. we knew we would be on the end of the row with no development possible on two sides and the view and proximity to the sea was the clincher.
